What Is Mindfulness?

In our current culture, we have multiple priorities all competing for our attention.
Our day to day stressors, combined with the daily frenzy of our minds can often leave us feeling scattered, overwhelmed, out of control and exhausted.

Our health and well-being are further affected if we are living with pain, experiencing health issues or dealing with something unexpected in our lives.

Mindfulness is simply maintaining moment to moment awareness through a kind, non-judgemental, and nurturing lens.

In doing so, mindfulness provides an opportunity of relating to whatever is happening in your life whether pleasant or unpleasant with greater mental clarity, enhanced emotional regulation and self-awareness.
