Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)

Wednesdays January 15th to March 5th, 2025
6-8:30 pm (PST)The eight-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is an effective, scientifically researched method for dealing with stress, pain, illness, and the demands of daily life while building resilience, balance and peace of mind. The MBSR program is designed to provide participants with an opportunity to engage in formal mindfulness meditation and movement practices, as well as inquiry into themes of perception, automatic, habitual stress reactivity, mindfulness-mediated stress response and interpersonal communication, that can be integrated into daily life.
